Books are incredible generators of unexpected progeny. Sometimes they lead to sequels, or movies, or philosophies. My book Main Street Vegan spawned an adult education program training and certifying Vegan Lifestyle Coaches and Educators.

Since our inception in 2012, we’ve garnered some 650 graduates from 33 countries on six continents. Our alumni are coaching, writing, working for plant-based businesses and animal rights organizations, and starting their own nonprofits and successful businesses ranging from a bed and breakfast in Arizona to a bodega in Philly, a Vegan ice cream in Mexico City to a Vegan cheese shop in NYC, cooking retreats in Belize to an award-winning bakery in Miami Beach to eco-friendly, cruelty-free cowboy boots in Dallas.

The Academy is live and interactive on Zoom with a stellar curriculum and faculty.
